“Dr Pingul is our favorite doctor. She does a great job of communicating both with the parent and the child at each visit. She is thorough and attentive as a physician.”
J Miller, parent
“Dr. Pingul was amazing. She took her time to listen to our concerns and explained in detail what was happening in my daughter’s body. Entering developmental adolescent years is such a sensitive time, and Dr. Pingul was super aware and patient, especially with my child.”
M Jones, parent
“Dr. Pingul was excellent. She was clear and provided data to help us understand the issue and options available. She also spoke directly to my child, to understand how the patient (child) felt before speaking with the parent. She kept the child at the forefront. It was truly appreciated..”
B Smith, parent

Dr. Mia Pingul
Our Pediatric Endocrinologist
Dr. Mia Pingul is double board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). She integrates evidence-based medicine with a holistic, culturally-informed approach to care.
Originally from the Philippines, she brings a deep respect for traditional healing practices to her clinical work, emphasizing the body’s ability to heal through western medicine but also appreciates other modalities such as acupressure, acupuncture, and therapeutic nutrition.
Firmly grounded in scientific research, Dr. Mia Pingul prefers to avoid over-the-counter supplements and does not utilize non-standard testing such as reverse T3, focusing instead on well-established diagnostics and individualized treatment plans.
Her practice reflects a commitment to whole-child wellness, blending modern medical science with time-honored traditions to support lifelong health.
Standard labs tell you if an organ is “broken,” but they don’t always tell you if it’s thriving. If your child’s labs are “normal” but their energy and hormones are clearly imbalanced, it’s time to look at the whole person.
Western medicine treats the part; Eastern medicine balances the whole. This is the reason why Dr. Pingul is a big fan of getting us all back to harmony.

How expensive is it to see your Pediatric Endocrinologist:
Let’s put it into perspective:
A pediatric specialist consult with us costs about the same (or even less!) than:
– A trip to the nail/hair salon
– A basic HVAC service call
– A quick visit from a plumber/handyman
– Co-pay + doctor’s visit bill despite commercial insurance especially with high deductible
– Less than a one night hotel stay
– Coffee for a month from a coffee shop
– Sports ticket
– TV/cable/internet/streaming device
– Cellphone
a lot more other things we do not think about
And yet, you’re investing in your child’s health, development, and future—something truly priceless.
Our consults give you professional medical insight, personalized plans — all from a Board-certified pediatric endocrinologist.
Your child’s health is worth it—and we make sure it’s within reach.
We welcome all families — with or without insurance.
Peds Endo Global is a direct specialty care practice. We do not bill insurance, which allows us to provide longer visits, transparent pricing,
and personalized pediatric endocrine care.
Families are welcome to use HSA/FSA funds, and we can provide a superbill for those who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
Please let us know if cost is an issue and we may be able to arrange a payment plan..
